Plastic Crusher

Scope of application:

The high quality GSH series crusher is widely used to crush plastic box,plastic profile,plastic pipe, plastic film, plastic flakes and other large solid objects etc.

Apply to Polystyrene (PS), Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS),Polypropylene (PP),Ethylene Vinyl Acetate(EVA),Polyvinyl chloride(PVC), Ployurethane (PU),Nylon (PA), Polycarbonate(PC),cellulose, all kinds of rubber and all plastic products,such as toys, household articles, electric components,building materials.

Structure:

1. There are two parts in the machine base, Specially design for different kinds of material, leading to the high efficiency.
2. External heavy rotor bearing, avoid the crushing dust entering the bearing. So it has long service life and conveniently maintenance,especially for the wet-type crushing.
3. Deflection wedge design. The deflection wedge is a detachable part,used to adjust the first broken point and eliminate the block of the rotor, improving the production efficiency and increasing the service life of rotor.
4. Supper V-type cutter: GSH series cutter adopt the most advanced V-cutting technology to avoid the material adhere to the side wall,meanwhile increasing the wearing resistance of the side wall.
